Within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year, each State shall submit an Annual Report describing—
  1. (a)A general assessment of the State's progress in achieving highway safety performance measure targets identified in the Highway Safety Plan;
  2. (b)A general description of the projects and activities funded and implemented under the Highway Safety Plan;
  3. (c)The amount of Federal funds expended on projects from the Highway Safety Plan; and
  4. (d)How the projects funded during the fiscal year contributed to meeting the State's highway safety targets. Where data becomes available, a State should report progress from prior year projects that have contributed to meeting current State highway safety targets.
