  1. (a)IHBG funds may be used for project-based or tenant-based rental assistance.
  2. (b)IHBG funds may be used for project-based or tenant-based rental assistance that is provided in a manner consistent with section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437f).
  3. (c)IHBG funds used for project-based or tenant-based rental assistance must comply with the requirements of NAHASDA and this part.
