  1. (a)Approval types. The Section 184 Program has two types of Lender Applicant approvals:
    1. (1)Lender Applicants deemed approved by statute, as described in § 1005.203; or
    2. (2)Lender Applicants required to obtain secretarial approval under § 1005.205.
  2. (b)Lender Applicant participation. In accordance with § 1005.207, Lender Applicants must select a level of program participation and submit a completed application package, as prescribed by Section 184 Program Guidance, to participate in the Section 184 Program.
