As an alternative to foreclosure, or eviction where applicable, as prescribed by Section 184 Program Guidance, HUD may authorize, an incentive payment to:
  1. (a)Borrowers that complete certain loss mitigation options or for their agreement to vacate the property after foreclosure, under the terms established by the Secretary;
  2. (b)Holders or Servicers for their completion of certain loss mitigation options; and
  3. (c)Tribes or TDHEs for their assistance in loss mitigation, sale, or transfer of the Trust Land property.
