  1. (a)No Borrower, Direct Guarantee Lender, Non-Direct Guarantee Lender, Holder, or Servicer shall have any vested right in the Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund.
  2. (b)No Borrower, Direct Guarantee Lender, Non-Direct Guarantee Lender, Holder, or Servicer shall be subject to any liability arising under the Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund.
  3. (c)The Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund will be credited and debited in accordance with 12 U.S.C. 1715z-13a(i)(2).
