For purposes of this part: Department means the OIG, except that in the context of §§ 16.1(d); 16.11(b) (1), (3), and (4); and 16.12(e), when those sections are incorporated by reference, the term means the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Privacy Act Officer means an Assistant Inspector General. Privacy Appeals Officer means the Inspector General.
