This subpart covers the minimum requirements for materials, products, equipment, and workmanship needed to assure that the manufactured home will provide the following:
  1. (a)Structural strength and rigidity;
  2. (b)Protection against corrosion, decay, insects, rodents, and other similar destructive forces;
  3. (c)Protection against wind hazards;
  4. (d)Resistance to the elements; and
  5. (e)Durability and economy of maintenance.
