  1. (a)Notice. If evaluation or hazard reduction is undertaken, the sponsor shall provide a notice to occupants in accordance with § 35.125. A visual assessment alone is not considered an evaluation for the purposes of this part.
  2. (b)Lead hazard information pamphlet. The sponsor shall provide the lead hazard information pamphlet in accordance with § 35.130.
