  1. (a)Notice. If evaluation or hazard reduction is undertaken, each owner shall provide a notice to occupants in accordance with § 35.125. A visual assessment alone is not considered an evaluation for the purposes of this part.
  2. (b)Lead hazard information pamphlet. The owner shall provide the lead hazard information pamphlet in accordance with § 35.130.
