  1. (a)Federal Register notice. To initiate the nomination process for Renewal Communities, HUD will publish a notice inviting applications for the designation of Renewal Communities in the Federal Register.
  2. (b)Contents. The notice inviting applications will include specific information as to due dates and submission requirements.
