  1. (a)PHAs or other recipients must include language in any agreement or contract to apply Section 3 to contractors.
  2. (b)PHAs or other recipients must require contractors to include language in any contract or agreement to apply Section 3 to subcontractors.
  3. (c)PHAs or other recipients must require all contractors and subcontractors to meet the requirements of § 75.9, regardless of whether Section 3 language is included in contracts.
