Each GSE shall provide to the Secretary all:
  1. (a)Material distributed to the GSE's Housing Advisory Council;
  2. (b)Press releases;
  3. (c)Investor reports;
  4. (d)Proxy statements;
  5. (e)Seller-servicer guides; and
  6. (f)Other information disclosed by the GSE to entities outside of the GSE, but only where the GSE determines that such information is relevant to the Secretary's regulatory responsibilities.
