  1. (a)The provisions of this part apply to the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation program.
  2. (b)This part states the policies and procedures to be used by a PHA in administering a Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation program. The purpose of this program is to upgrade substandard rental housing and to provide rental subsidies for low-income families.
  3. (c)Subpart H of this part only applies to the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program for Homeless Individuals.
