The PHA shall provide, at minimum, the following data reports, at a time and in a form prescribed by HUD:
  1. (a)The Performance and Evaluation Report as described in § 905.300(b)(8) of this part;
  2. (b)Updates on the PHA's building and unit data as required by HUD;
  3. (c)Reports of obligation and expenditure; and
  4. (d)Any other information required for participation in the Capital Fund Program.
