  1. (a)Amendments. PHAs are required to implement the requirements of this subpart by amending each of the following:
    1. (1)All applicable PHA plans, according to the provisions in 24 CFR part 903.
    2. (2)Tenant leases, according to the provisions of 24 CFR 966.4.
  2. (b)Deadline. All PHAs must be in full compliance, with effective policy amendments, by July 30, 2018.
