This subpart explains the applicability of the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). This section covers:
  1. (a)Coverage of claims arising out of the performance under compacts and funding agreements;
  2. (b)Procedures for filing claims under FTCA; and
  3. (c)Procedures for a Tribe/Consortium to cooperate with the Federal Government in connection with tort claims arising out of the Tribe's/Consortium's performance of a compact or funding agreement under this part.
