25 CFR §150.306

1. (a)The LTRO may charge a fee to any of the parties listed in § 150.303 (c) for each copy of recorded title documents, Title Status Reports, and land status maps to cover the costs in reviewing, preparing, or processing the documents.
2. (b)The fee will be at the rate established by 43 CFR 2, Appendix A.
3. (c)The LTRO may waive all or part of these fees, at its discretion.
4. (d)Paid fees are non-refundable.
