We will approve an agricultural lease amendment if:
  1. (a)The required consents have been obtained from the parties to the lease under § 162.230 and any sureties; and
  2. (b)We find the amendment to be in the best interest of the Indian landowners, under the standards set forth in § 162.213 of this subpart.
