25 CFR §171.200

1. (a)You must request service from the irrigation facility servicing your farm unit.
2. (b)Your request must contain at least the following information:
   1. (1)Your full legal name;
   2. (2)Where you want service;
   3. (3)The time and date you want service to start;
   4. (4)How long you want service;
   5. (5)The rate of water flow you want, if available;
   6. (6)How many acres you want to irrigate; and
   7. (7)Any additional information required by the project office responsible for providing your irrigation service.
3. (c)You must request supplemental water in accordance with the project guidelines established by the specific project providing your irrigation service.
