You must meet the following requirements for us to provide service:
  1. (a)Put water we deliver to authorized uses;
  2. (b)Make sure your farm ditch has sufficient capacity to carry the water we deliver; and
  3. (c)Properly operate, maintain, and rehabilitate your farm ditch.
