  1. (a)We may provide you leaching service if:
    1. (1)You submit a written plan that documents how soil salinity limits your crop production and how leaching service will correct the problem;
    2. (2)We approve your plan in writing; and
    3. (3)Your irrigation bills are not past due.
  2. (b)Leaching service will only be available during the timeframe established by your irrigation facility.
  3. (c)We reserve the right to terminate this service if we determine you are not complying with paragraph (a) of this section.
