Yes, if we determine it will not:
  1. (a)Interfere with the operation, maintenance, or rehabilitation of our facilities;
  2. (b)Be detrimental to or jeopardize our facilities;
  3. (c)Adversely affect the water rights or water supply; or
  4. (d)Cause additional costs to us that we do not agree to in writing.
