We will collect and retain at least the following information as part of our record of the irrigation service we have provided you:
  1. (a)Your name;
  2. (b)Delivery point(s) where service was provided;
  3. (c)Beginning date and time of your irrigation service;
  4. (d)Ending date and time of your irrigation service; and
  5. (e)Amount of water we delivered to your farm unit.
