In working with each recipient, you, the social services worker must:
  1. (a)Assess the general employability of the recipient;
  2. (b)Assist the recipient in the development of the ISP;
  3. (c)Sign the ISP;
  4. (d)Help the recipient identify the service(s) needed to meet the goals identified in their ISP;
  5. (e)Monitor recipient participation in work related training and other employment assistance programs; and
  6. (f)Document activities in the case file.
