25 CFR §247.9

1. (a)You cannot construct, take possession of, occupy or otherwise use any access site or structure for residential purposes at an access site.
2. (b)Neither the United States nor any officer or employee thereof warrants, makes any representation, or is responsible for the safety or condition of any personal property.
