Each homeliving program must meet all of the following standards:
  1. (a)Restrooms, showers, and common areas must be cleaned daily;
  2. (b)Rooms must be cleaned daily;
  3. (c)Linens must be changed and cleaned weekly;
  4. (d)Linens are to be provided;
  5. (e)Basic Toiletries must be provided; and
  6. (f)Functional washing machines and dryers must be provided.
