  1. (a)The Secretary may enter into an agreement with the Secretary of Education to obtain assistance to:
    1. (1)Develop plans, procedures, and criteria for eligibility studies required under this subpart; and
    2. (2)Conduct such studies.
  2. (b)BIE must consult with the Secretary of Education to determine the reasonable number of students required to support a Tribal college or university.
