25 CFR §700.137

1. (a)In order to be considered for voluntary relocation assistance benefits, an applicant must have filed a completed application form with the Commission by the close of business on July 7, 1986.
2. (b)To qualify for relocation assistance, individuals must meet the eligibility requirements as of July 7, 1986.
