The Chair of the Secretarial Election Board must transmit all documents pertaining to the Secretarial election to the Authorizing Official, including:
  1. (a)The original text of the material voted on;
  2. (b)The Eligible Voters List;
  3. (c)The Registered Voters List;
  4. (d)The Secretarial Election Notice Packet;
  5. (e)Any challenges to the Secretarial election results; and
  6. (f)The Certificate of Results of Election.
