For each manufacturing process in which specially denatured spirits are used, the user shall record:
  1. (a)Quantity and formula number of new or recovered specially denatured spirits used;
  2. (b)Names and quantities of ingredients used; and
  3. (c)Name, trade name or brand name and alcoholic content of each article or intermediate product manufactured, as applicable.
