The general reviewer qualification criteria to be used in the selection of peer reviewers are:
  1. (a)Generalized knowledge of juvenile justice or related fields; and
  2. (b)Specialized knowledge in areas or disciplines addressed by the applications to be reviewed under a particular program.
  3. (c)Must not have a conflict of interest (see OJP M7100.1C, par. 94).
