28 CFR §83.510

If a recipient is determined to have violated this part, as described in § 83.500 or § 83.505, the Department of Justice may take one or more of the following actions—
  1. (a)Suspension of payments under the award;
  2. (b)Suspension or termination of the award; and
  3. (c)Suspension or debarment of the recipient under 28 CFR Part 67, for a period not to exceed five years.
