30 CFR §250.1166

1. (a)For any development in the Alaska OCS Region, you must submit an annual reservoir management report to the Regional Supervisor. The report must contain information detailing the activities performed during the previous year and planned for the upcoming year that will:
   1. (1)Provide for the prevention of waste;
   2. (2)Provide for the protection of correlative rights; and
   3. (3)Maximize ultimate recovery of oil and gas.
2. (b)If your development is jointly regulated by BSEE and the State of Alaska, BSEE and the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission will jointly determine appropriate reporting requirements to minimize or eliminate duplicate reporting requirements.
