In determining if your operating performance is unacceptable, BSEE will consider, individually or collectively:
  1. (a)Accidents and their nature;
  2. (b)Pollution events, environmental damages and their nature;
  3. (c)Incidents of noncompliance;
  4. (d)Civil penalties;
  5. (e)Failure to adhere to OCS lease obligations; or
  6. (f)Any other relevant factors.
