If BSEE determines that your training program is not in compliance, we may initiate one or more of the following enforcement actions:
  1. (a)Issue an Incident of Noncompliance (INC);
  2. (b)Require you to revise and submit to BSEE your training plan to address identified deficiencies;
  3. (c)Assess civil/criminal penalties; or
  4. (d)Initiate disqualification procedures.
