Within 30 days after you decommission a pipeline, you must submit a written report to the Regional Supervisor that includes the following:
  1. (a)A summary of the decommissioning operation including the date it was completed;
  2. (b)A description of any mitigation measures you took; and
  3. (c)A statement signed by your authorized representative that certifies that the pipeline was decommissioned according to the approved application.
