The District Manager or Regional Supervisor may require you to submit copies of any or all of the following well records:
  1. (a)Well records as specified in § 250.740;
  2. (b)Paleontological interpretations or reports identifying microscopic fossils by depth and/or washed samples of drill cuttings that you normally maintain for paleontological determinations. The Regional Supervisor may issue a Notice to Lessees that sets forth the manner, timeframe, and format for submitting this information;
  3. (c)Service company reports on cementing, perforating, acidizing, testing, or other similar services; or
  4. (d)Other reports and records of operations.
