  1. (a)You must install a pressure relief system or an adequate vent on the glycol regenerator (reboiler) to prevent over pressurization. The discharge of the relief valve must be vented in a nonhazardous manner.
  2. (b)You must install the FSV on the dry glycol inlet to the glycol contact tower as near as practical to the glycol contact tower.
  3. (c)You must install the shutdown valve (SDV) on the wet glycol outlet from the glycol contact tower as near as practical to the glycol contact tower.
