Your “Equipment inventory appendix” must include:
  1. (a)An inventory of spill-response materials and supplies, services, equipment, and response vessels available locally and regionally. You must identify each supplier and provide their locations and telephone numbers.
  2. (b)A description of the procedures for inspecting and maintaining spill-response equipment in accordance with § 254.43.
