Bonus or royalty credits were available to lessees with leases:
  1. (a)In effect on December 20, 2006, and located in:
    1. (1)The Eastern Planning Area and within 125 miles of the coastline of the State of Florida; or,
    2. (2)The Central Planning Area and within the Desoto Canyon OPD, the Destin Dome OPD, or the Pensacola OPD and within 100 miles of the coastline of the State of Florida.
  2. (b)The deadline for applying for such a bonus or royalty credit was October 14, 2010; therefore, lessees may no longer apply for such credits.
