  1. (a)Your sulfur lease will have a primary term of not more than 10 years, as specified in the lease.
  2. (b)BOEM will announce the primary term prior to the lease sale.
  3. (c)The lease will expire at the end of the primary term unless maintained beyond that term in accordance with the provisions of § 556.603.
