  1. (a)Penalties for noncompliance under a permit. You are subject to the penalty provisions of section 24 of the Act (43 U.S.C. 1350) and the procedures contained in 30 CFR part 550, subpart N for noncompliance with:
    1. (1)Any provision of the Act;
    2. (2)Any provisions of a G&G or drilling permit; or
    3. (3)Any regulation or order issued under the Act.
  2. (b)Penalties under other laws and regulations. The penalties prescribed in this section are in addition to any other penalty imposed by any other law or regulation.
