You must submit a request for a new or modified ROW grant or RUE grant to BOEM pursuant to § 585.111. You must submit a separate request for each ROW grant or RUE grant you are requesting. The request must contain the following information:
  1. (a)The area you are requesting for a ROW grant or RUE grant.
  2. (b)A general description of your objectives and the facilities that you would use to achieve those objectives.
  3. (c)A general schedule of proposed activities.
  4. (d)Pertinent information concerning environmental conditions in the area of interest.
