If you timely request a renewal:
  1. (a)You may continue to conduct activities approved under your lease or grant under the original terms and conditions for as long as your request is pending decision by BOEM.
  2. (b)You may request a suspension of your lease or grant, as provided in § 585.416, while we consider your request.
  3. (c)For the period BOEM considers your request for renewal, you must continue to make all payments in accordance with the original terms and conditions of your lease or grant.
