  1. (a)You must submit to BSEE the documents listed in the following table:
  2. (b)You must submit your Safety Management System, as required by 30 CFR 285.810.
  3. (c)These activities must fall within the scope of your approved COP. If they do not fall within the scope of your approved COP, you will be required to submit a revision to your COP, under § 585.634, for BOEM approval before commencing the activity.
