  1. (a)BOEM may suspend an Alternate Use RUE if:
    1. (1)necessary to comply with judicial decrees; or
    2. (2)necessary for reasons of national security or defense.
  2. (b)A suspension will extend the term of your Alternate Use RUE grant for the period of the suspension.
