Employees have the right to appeal an order for remedial action under § 706.19 and shall have 30 days to exercise this right before disciplinary action is initiated.
  1. (a)Office employees and other Department of the Interior employees may file their appeal, in writing, in accordance with the provisions in 43 CFR 20.735-25(b).
  2. (b)Employees of other Federal agencies may file their appeal, in writing, in accordance with the established procedures of their employing agency.
