  1. (a)A grant amendment is a change of the terms or conditions of the grant agreement. An amendment may be initiated by you or by us.
  2. (b)You must promptly notify us in writing, or we must promptly notify you in writing, of events or proposed changes that may require a grant amendment.
  3. (c)All procedures for grant amendments follow 43 CFR part 12.
  4. (d)We must approve or disapprove the amendment within 30 days of receiving your request.
