  1. (a)Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, applies to all coal exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
  2. (b)In addition to the requirements of part 842 of this chapter, OSM will furnish copies of inspection reports when requested by a designated Arizona State agency with jurisdiction over mining.
