  1. (a)Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
  2. (b)The Secretary will furnish copies of inspection reports and reports of any enforcement actions taken to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management upon request.
